About Kaila

Kaila Colbin is the host of the Hunger & Heart podcast, the founder and CEO of Boma, and the author of Unlocking Sustainable High Performance on Substack. 

Kaila's work with high-performing teams like the Crusaders and the U.S. Soccer Foundation gives her unique insight into the skills and mindsets needed to thrive under pressure and in times of rapid change. 

She founded the non-profit Ministry of Awesome, developed TEDxChristchurch into New Zealand’s flagship TEDx event and brought Singularity University’s exponential technology education to New Zealand and Australia. She’s trained with leaders including Dr Brené Brown and former US Vice President Al Gore.
